Honestly, I just really like the way the colors and composition turned out on this one. If you look close enough you can see 3 guys fishing at the end of the dock and another pushing a stroller on the other side.

My Droid X finally kicked it and no longer starts up. It lasted 6+ months with a broken screen and whack battery though, so that’s pretty good. In the meantime I got my self an OG Droid which has a much slower processor, weaker camera and crashes my applications all the time — but I still managed to grab this picture.

So now I’m looking to upgrade to something brand new hella soon here as there are a bunch of new phones coming out. Right now it’s looking like I might wait until the iPhone 5 releases but there are a few Android devices I like, too.

Any suggestions?

I moved to Portland, Oregon. I like it a lot more than California and there are amazing places like this all around. Kind of reminds me of back home in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan a little bit. Check out the full-sized view to see some cool details. Edited in Photoshop with the Topaz suite.

San Francisco Sunset

Taken with Motorola Droid X using HDR Camera

This was taken down by the ocean in San Francisco near sunset and I really liked how the mountainous part of the picture turned out when I was playing around with some edits. So I cropped it up and now it’s my new timeline cover picture on Facebook. If I ever get around to printing my photos on canvas one day I want to make this one HUGE. like widescreen TV huge.
